How It Works
From product idea to production, in defined steps.
No black boxes. You always know which stage your project is in, what is happening on the China side, and what comes next.
The Process
Seven steps, one point of coordination.
Every engagement follows this sequence — scoped up or down to fit the project.
- 01
Tell Us What You Need
Submit your product requirement through our form: what the product is, target quantity, price expectations and any references.
Helpful to include: reference links or photos, target quantity, target price, deadline, destination country.
- 02
We Clarify the Requirement
We review the brief, ask the questions that matter, and confirm scope with you before approaching suppliers.
You receive a short requirement summary to confirm — this becomes the basis for the RFQ.
- 03
Supplier Sourcing & RFQ
We identify suitable suppliers, prepare a clear RFQ, and manage all communication on the China side.
You don't call factories. We prepare the RFQ, approach suppliers and chase responses.
- 04
Quotation & Sample Review
Quotations are collected and compared on consistent terms. Where it helps, samples are arranged and reviewed with you.
You receive a comparison on consistent terms, plus sample photos or samples where relevant.
- 05
Supplier Confirmation
We lay out the trade-offs, help you decide, and confirm the supplier, terms and production schedule.
You make the decision; we handle confirmation of terms, schedules and details in Chinese.
- 06
Production Follow-up
We track production, coordinate packaging and labelling, and keep you informed at agreed checkpoints.
Checkpoint updates on schedule, packaging and any production issues — with options, not just problems.
- 07
QC & Shipping Coordination
We coordinate quality inspection and shipping arrangements so the order leaves China as planned.
Inspection results and shipping arrangements are confirmed with you before the order leaves.
